We ship from Vancouver, Canada, to Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Processing time

Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Duties and taxes

Canada: GST/HST is added at checkout.
United States: our garments are made in Canada. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or carrier brokerage fees on arrival. These are the customer's responsibility.
United Kingdom: UK VAT and import fees may be charged on delivery. These are the customer's responsibility.

Orders refused at delivery because of duties or fees are returned to us. We refund the order minus the original shipping and any return charges.

Lost, delayed or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or your order arrives damaged, email tns@s4sestudios.com with your order number (and photos for damage). We'll work with the carrier to sort it out.
