All S4SE Studios lounge wear products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display colours and fabrics as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to screen settings. Please refer to our size guide before placing your order, as sizing can vary by style.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. S4SE Studios reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and any additional methods listed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. S4SE Studios is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES — 30-DAY POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Returned with all original tags attached

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@s4sestudios.com. Include your order number and photos of the item. S4SE Studios will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
