30-day returns & exchanges. If you're not fully satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

What can be returned

Eligible items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Free of stains, odours, pet hair, or damage
Returned with all original tags attached
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

How to start a return or exchange

Email us at tns@s4sestudios.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We'll reply with return instructions.
Send the item back in its original condition.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at tns@s4sestudios.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
