Lifetime repairs
If a seam, button, zip or hem fails because of how the garment was made, we'll repair it free for the life of the garment.
10-year replacement
If a fault can't be repaired within 10 years of purchase, we'll replace the piece with the same item, or the closest one we make if it's no longer available.
Worn out? Send it back.
After two years, if a piece has worn through, has holes in the seams, or has tears in any part from natural wear, send it back to us and we'll replace it. We'll recycle the fabric from the original. This applies up to 10 years from purchase, once per garment, for the original purchaser. You cover the postage to send it back; we cover shipping on the replacement.
Caring for your piece
Look after your piece by following its care label and the care guide we send with your order.
What isn't covered
- Burn holes
- Scissor cuts or other cuts
- Stains
- Accidental damage, such as snags, rips or pet damage that isn't from natural wear
- Damage from washing or drying outside the care label
- Garments that have been altered
- Pieces bought second-hand or from anyone other than S4SE Studios
How to make a claim
Email tns@s4sestudios.com with your order number and photos of the fault or wear. We'll reply within 3 business days with next steps. For approved claims on a fault in how the garment was made, we cover shipping both ways.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and doesn't affect your rights under consumer law.
